Motorcycle helmet: I prefer to do all my traveling by motorcycle. This is also the only hobby that saves me time instead of costing me time, because I can avoid traffic jams. For me, it’s a perfect way to be “outdoors” when you would otherwise be stuck in your car.
I can’t wait for the weather to improve!

Boxing gloves: I am an avid martial arts enthusiast. I have experience in boxing, kickboxing and MMA and I enjoy them all.
It is my favorite way to exercise because it keeps you extremely sharp. There is no room for distraction when sparring because otherwise, you will get a punch in the face. So, flow state is mandatory.

A Theory of Everything: This is a book by Ken Wilber. One of the many informative books I have at home.
My hobby is essentially absorbing information. Sometimes I’m completely into fermentation for months, then into a particular body of thought (e.g., Seneca, Aurelius), and then curious about the counterpart. My first response to acquiring a new interest is often to buy a book on the subject. In recent years, Ken Wilber has been the writer who has impressed me the most and who puts forward ideas that are truly new. He presents a map that makes your own way of thinking so clear that you feel caught out. And not only that, he also gives you a way to break free from it through insight.
