Golf balls: Proof that 4 piece doesn’t have to be expensive. Better feel than a prov1 and finer roll than a tp5x.
What if: Followed since https://www.xkcd.com/303/ and if you don’t have this book in your closet, you are not a real nerd.
Shoe (nike): This orange shoe runs so well that I have run several PRs with it. May use it again from myself if I can get near the time of my pr’s again.
Shoe (mavic): Apart from golf, I also put a lot of time and energy into my road bike. That one doesn’t fit the picture but its shoes do.
Shoe (under armour): Never put on a shoe that felt so comfortable in the grass. This is already the 2nd pair of the same shoe, the other one broke due to heavy use.
Ghost: Another kickstarter that did see the light of day and also managed to reach my house. Although the second game of this object was very disappointing, no regrets about the 3d printer that makes this possible.
Glasses: Swapped the sports glasses for real glasses. Although that sport still gets used while cycling, I can’t live without the other.
Reader: 1 Of the few kickstarter-type things I backed that did succeed and could deliver. Never leave home without it. Now to have a nice manuscript….
Macbook: Always issued about the overpriced, no upgrades possible, few ports, but since the switch never looked back at anything else.
