Empowering innovation through data:
join our journey
Who are we
It all began in the winter of 2016 with an innocent phone call and a dinner with what turned out to be our current shareholders. The idea to establish a Data club was born in no time!
Data is becoming increasingly vital in our daily (work) lives. From conception to launch and execution, it was a hectic yet beautiful period. For us, it’s crucial to prioritize our employees within the organization. Building bonds with our team and engaging in exciting client projects form the heart of Dataworkz. Along the way, we’ve also had countless amazing and unforgettable (work) adventures together! From our annual ski trips with sister companies to a memorable anniversary weekend in Barcelona with our employees and partners, not to mention exciting conferences in cities like London, San Francisco, and Malaga.
Learning together
Having fun isn’t just about enjoying each other’s company and planning fun activities outside of work. It also means diving deep into the content and helping each other grow. What’s happening in the current market and how can we apply it to our clients? Learning and development happen throughout the year in various ways. However, our annual Codecamp weekend, our very own Blipz on the Radar conference, and the international conferences we attend abroad are the absolute highlights for everyone!
